Refund eligibility ensures transparency and fairness in how we handle refund requests for our services. Refund Eligibility for Medical Certificates

Refund requests for medical certificates are subject to the following conditions:

1. Standard Medical Certificates
  • Cancellation requests can be made within 4 hours of the purchase.
  • If the purchase is made outside our working hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 2 pm), the cancellation request can be made within 4 hours of the next working day
2. Express Medical Certificates
  • Cancellation requests can be made within 1 hour of the purchase.
  • If the purchase is made outside our working hours(Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 2 pm), the cancellation request can be made within 1 hour of the next working day.

Important Note

  • The right to cancel and request a refund does not apply if the doctor has already issued the certificate, regardless of when the request was made.

Refund requests for online prescriptions are subject to the following conditions:

1. Standard Prescriptions
  • Cancellation requests can be made within 4 hours of the order placement.
  • If the order is placed outside our working hours(Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 2 pm), the cancellation request can be made within 4 hours of the next working day.
2. Express Prescriptions
  • Cancellation requests can be made within 1 hour of the order placement.
  • If the order is placed outside our working hours(Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, and Saturday to Sunday, 8 am to 2 pm), the cancellation request can be made within 1 hour of the next working day.

Refund Eligibility for Online GP Consultations

Online video consultation appointments are subject to the following conditions:

  • Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge if requested more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment start time.
  • Patients will be charged in full for any consultations canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment start time.
  • If a consultation is booked for the same date or within 24 hours of the purchase, cancellation is not permitted.
  • Patients can cancel an online video consultation themselves. However, all requests to reschedule must currently be made by emailing support@gethealthcare.ie.
  • Refunds, if applicable, can only be processed to the original credit or debit card and may take 4 to 6 working days to reflect.

We encourage patients to plan appointments accordingly and contact us promptly for rescheduling requests. For assistance, please reach out to support@gethealthcare.ie.

Refunds will be processed solely to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once you receive confirmation from our team that the refund has been initiated, it may take 4-6 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. While customers have the right to cancellation as per the refund eligibility guidelines, there are specific circumstances where cancellations are not permitted. These include, but are not limited to, the following situations:

1. Service Issuance:
  • If the doctor and their team have already issued the requested service (e.g., medical certificates or prescriptions), cancellation is no longer allowed.
2. Case Review:
  • If the doctor and their team have reviewed your case and communicated the initial course of action, this indicates the service process has begun, and cancellation is not permitted.
3. Request for Additional Information:
  • If the doctor has requested further information from you to proceed with your case, this signifies the case has been reviewed, and cancellations cannot be made.
4. Completion of Service Review:
  • Once the doctor has made an attempt to review or complete your service request, cancellation rights cease to apply.
  • This applies irrespective of the service outcome, whether it involves approval, rejection, advice for better health, referral for further treatment, or the next plan of action.

We emphasize that once a doctor has made an effort to review your case or deliver the service, the request is considered initiated and fulfilled to a significant extent, and cancellations cannot be processed. For questions or clarification, contact us at support@gethealthcare.ie.

 

Requesting a refund from GET HEALTHCARE ONLINE LIMITED is a simple process. Refund requests can only be made by emailing support@gethealthcare.ie. Any other communication channels, such as phone or live chat or Social media, are not intended for refund or cancellation requests.

When submitting your request, please provide the following details to help us process your refund efficiently:

  • Your full name
  • The service you purchased
  • The time and date of your purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

Once we receive your email with these details, our team will review and process your request in accordance with our refund policy.
