Mental-Health & Stress Assessments Made Simple

Mental-health concerns and work-related stress can affect attendance, performance and team stability. Our assessment provides an impartial, clinically sound view of functional capacity, risks and what support will help. After an employer referral, the employee completes a structured questionnaire (symptoms, work factors, treatments). An Occupational Health physician conducts a confidential consultation, considers HSE stress domains (demands, control, support, relationships, role, change), and issues a work-focused report: fit / fit with adjustments / not fit, with practical recommendations and review points. We focus on what the employee can do, what should change, and for how long—supporting fair decisions and sustainable return-to-work.
