Fit for Work Reviews Made Simple
Managing return to work after illness or injury can be challenging for employers. Our Fit for Work service provides a structured, clinically independent assessment that focuses on the employee's ability to work, not on detailed medical history. After an employer referral, the employee completes an online questionnaire and then speaks with an Occupational Health physician by phone. We assess functional capacity, any risks, and relevant job demands, then issue a clear report stating whether the employee is: fit, fit with adjustments, or not fit.

The report includes recovery timelines, recommended adjustments, and review points. This ensures decisions are fair, legally sound, and considerate of both the employee's wellbeing and the employer's operational needs.
