Occupational Case Management Reviews Made Simple
Sickness absence and long-term health conditions can be complex for employers to manage. Our Case Management Review service provides independent, specialist-led assessments to help you understand an employee's health situation, work capacity, and potential adjustments.

The process starts with a referral from the employer. The employee then completes a structured questionnaire covering medical history, job tasks, and workplace factors. An OH specialist follows up with a confidential phone consultation before preparing a detailed report for HR/management. The report addresses current work ability, expected recovery timeline, and recommendations for adjustments or phased return. This ensures decisions are fair, clinically sound, and considerate of both the employee's wellbeing and the employer's operational needs.
