Lifestyle Support Made Simple
Our Health Promotion & Lifestyle Counselling service helps employees make realistic, measurable changes that benefit both wellbeing and work performance. Following an employer referral, the employee completes a short self-assessment. An Occupational Health physician or clinician reviews the information and provides a supportive consultation focused on priorities such as smoking cessation, alcohol reduction, sleep hygiene, physical activity, weight management, and stress. Together we set SMART goals, agree a practical plan, and organise check-ins to track progress. This is a confidential, non-judgemental service designed to reduce modifiable risks, support resilience, and complement existing EAP or wellness programmes.

Employer Referral
HR/manager initiates the referral (one employee or a cohort).
Employee Self-Assessment

Clinical Consultation

Action Plan & Follow-Up
Written plan, resources, and scheduled check-ins.
We aim to share the initial action plan on the same working day of the consultation wherever possible. If additional time is needed (e.g., resources or coordination), we'll keep communication open until the written plan is issued (within 24 hours in most cases).
