Pre-Employment Screening Made Simple
Our Pre-Employment Medical Assessment is a work-ability review, not a pass/fail medical. We match each candidate’s health information to the real demands and risks of the offered role (e.g., manual handling, driving, shift work, chemicals, patient contact, DSE). Candidates complete a confidential questionnaire; an Occupational Health physician reviews history, current symptoms, medications, and immunisation status where relevant. Where risks are identified, we advise practical reasonable adjustments, additional checks (only if justified), or temporary restrictions. You receive a concise, work-focused opinion—fit / fit with adjustments / temporarily unfit—so you can onboard safely and fairly.
