Exposure Reviews Made Simple
When an employee is exposed to hazardous agents such as chemicals, noise, radiation, or biological risks, it is vital for employers to act swiftly and responsibly. Our Workplace Exposure History & Risk Review service provides a structured process for recording incidents, assessing health impacts, and advising on follow-up actions. This ensures employee safety, organisational compliance, and informed decision-making about workplace practices.

Incident Reporting
Employer/employee submits details of the exposure through a structured questionnaire.
Initial Review
Occupational Health physician reviews exposure details, PPE use, and symptoms.
Consultation (if required)
Employee may undergo medical assessment for health effects.
Report & Advice
A clear, independent report is issued with guidance on monitoring, medical referrals, or workplace safety improvements.
